Shanghai Jiufeng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd, which is a private enterprise, is specializing in R&D of cold extrusion technology production and processing of cold extrusion products. Jiufeng is registered in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District Shanghai, with registered capital of RMB 4millions, Jiufeng has its own factory with the area of 20000㎡ , and its workshop area is about 5300㎡with more than 150 employees working in it. Mr. Xie Huamin, the Board Chairman and General Manager of Jiufeng, who was graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University (SJTU), had worked in the Forging Teaching & Research Office of SJTU and Shanghai Research Institute of Tool & Die Technology for over 10 years. Mr. Xie also has abundant practical experiences and firm theoretical basis in cold extrusion technology and mould design and manufacture.
　　Jiufeng has one 800T cold extrusion press and twenty 500T or below 500T presses (including 5 professional cold extrusion press, 2 lengthened cold extrusion presses specially for pressing ultra-long spline shaft type). Jiufeng possess all kinds of cold extrusion press production line, which includes process of feeding, flaying, and surface treatment etc. Currently Jiufeng could make the largest forging part is about 6kg and the longest spline shaft Jiufeng could make is 680mm. Jiufeng could produce 10millions precision cold forging parts every year.
　　Jiufeng has powerful technical force, which could independently design and develop cold extrusion press technology and produce cold extrusion press mould.
　　Jiufeng also has its private mould workshops undertaking the mould and new product developing and manufacturing. Jiufeng could adopt high-quality cold forged steel as mould material, carbide alloy (partially imported). The material of precision which is gear mould, with imported high-speed steel, which is cemented carbide alloy as the material of precision punch. Jiufeng also adopt surface coating technology, as its products have high precision and stability.
